大學指考第二天，台南一考區傳出5起違規，分別是尚未鈴響就翻閱考題、考生手機在置物區鈴響、考試結束鈴響畢仍繼續作答等違規事件，試務中心表示，各違規狀況都將依試場規則及違規處理辦法，扣減該科成績。
台南一考區兩個分區包括台南一中與長榮中學，考場秩序大致良好，有5起違規，其中3件發生在台南一中國文科考試時，考生在考試開始鈴未響就翻閱考題，還有考生置物區的手機鈴響，此外在英文科考試時，1名考生於考試結束鈴響畢仍繼續作答。
另外，2起違規發生在長榮中學，分別是國文科考試時，考生於考試結束鈴響畢仍繼續作答，及1名考生於英文科考試時，置物區的手機鈴響。
台南大學承辦台南二考區試務工作，考場秩序良好，僅有1位考生因慣用手神經抽痛申請使用A4代用答案卡作答，未傳違規事項。
